Welcome to EquaDrip, a brand operated under Aabha United. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below. We may update these terms from time to time and any changes will be reflected on this page along with the latest revision date.

 

General Use

  • Our products and services must not be used for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including activities that violate applicable laws.
  • All content associated with EquaDrip, including product designs, visuals, branding, copy, packaging and media, belongs to us and may not be copied, reproduced or resold without permission.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. This may happen due to stock limitations, delivery constraints in your area or issues flagged during payment processing.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided during purchase such as contact information, shipping address and payment details are accurate and up to date.

 

Data & Privacy

When you place an order, we collect essential details such as your name, contact information, address and purchase history. This information is used to:

  • Process and deliver your order
  • Keep you updated on your purchase
  • Share offers, updates or marketing communication via email, SMS or WhatsApp

Pricing & Availability

We aim to keep our pricing fair and consistent. However, we reserve the right to revise prices or discontinue products at our discretion. Any updates will always be reflected on the website.

Products that are no longer available may be removed from the store without prior notice.

 

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to most locations across India.
  • Orders for in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. If an item is unavailable, the expected dispatch timeline will be communicated on the product page before purchase.
  • Where possible, tracking details will be shared via email once your order is shipped.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control and are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Currently, we don’t offer exchanges. You can anytime place a fresh order after returning your items.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
  • We will attempt to arrange a reverse pickup for returns, but this is subject to service availability. If pickup is not feasible, customers may need to ship the product back themselves.
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Requests that fall outside the 7 day window or do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for refunds.
  • Unauthorized or non-compliant returns may be declined and the items may not be sent back.
  • If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@equadrip.com (we will replace if needed) or you can choose to return it with proper reason. Defect-related requests must also be raised within the 7 day period.
