Refund policy

At EquaDrip, we are so glad you chose us and hope your purchase fits just the way you imagined. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out and we have made returns simple for you.

Returns – How it works:

• Once you place a return request, our courier partner will arrange a pickup within 1-4 days. Timelines may vary depending on service availability in your area, so we appreciate your patience.
  
• At the moment, exchanges are not available but we are working on expanding this soon. You can return your item and place a fresh order in case you want to exchange it.
• If you prefer to return your order, you can initiate it within 7 days of receiving the product. A small reverse shipping fee of ₹50 will be deducted from your refund.
  
• Refunds are processed within 48-72 working hours after the product is picked up. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 2-5 days for the amount to reflect.
• For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are transferred to your bank account. As per RBI regulations, refunds cannot be processed to UPI IDs or numbers.
